The JEM

The JEM is a 274-residence luxury condominium at the center of Miami Worldcenter, developed by Naftali Group. The tower was designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica and rises 770 feet above sea level, with a wavelike silhouette drawn from the neighboring ocean landscape. Interiors and amenity spaces are by Rockwell Group, landscape architecture is by EDSA, and the two-tower building places the private condominium residences on floors 43 through 67, above rental apartments on floors 14 through 42 and a parking podium below. Condominium owners arrive through a private residential-only porte-cochere with 24-hour valet on the second level, into a dedicated double-height lobby and private elevator bank.

The amenity program is concentrated in the JEM Club, an indoor/outdoor collection that occupies the entire 50th floor. Outdoors, the Sky Deck holds a resort-style infinity pool with cabanas and floating daybeds beneath a signature sculpture by Italian artist Lorenzo Quinn, a jacuzzi zone with an outdoor tropical shower, an alfresco lounge with tropical landscaping and water features, a sunken lounge ringed by reflection pools, a summer kitchen, and an oasis garden. Indoors, the club includes a sky lounge with a sculpted fireplace and custom stone bar, a glass-enclosed private dining room with a wet bar, a game room with billiards, a spirits tasting room, a kids room, a co-working lounge with private phone booths and a podcast room, a fitness center with a private training and yoga studio, an outdoor fitness area with a boxing arena, a yoga patio with cold plunge and mist garden, and a spa suite with a sculptural dry sauna, steam room, pink Himalayan salt room, and private treatment room. Owners also receive access to a dedicated beach area on Miami Beach with chairs, umbrellas, and staffed setup.

Residences run from studios of roughly 469 square feet through four-bedroom homes, including penthouse residences and the Sky Villas at the building's crown, whose custom finishes were created in collaboration with FENDI Casa and which reach about 3,627 square feet with four bedrooms, a library, and a private terrace hot tub in Sky Villa 1. Every home has floor-to-ceiling impact windows with balcony doors opening to fully tiled terraces with glass railings, white oak plank flooring, and wood interior doors with polished nickel hardware. Kitchens use custom millwork cabinetry designed by Rockwell Group with honed Calacatta Gold quartz counters and backsplashes, Miele or comparable oak-paneled refrigeration and dishwashers, integrated wine refrigeration, and a Kohler undermount sink. Primary baths pair Rockwell Group white oak vanities and lit medicine cabinets with honed Bianco Dolomite surfaces, mosaic shower floors, Kohler polished nickel fittings, and free-standing soaking tubs in select residences.
