Delano Residences & Hotel Miami brings the Delano name to downtown Miami as a 90-story tower described by the developer as Miami's second supertall. Conceptual design is by Carlos Ott with CUBE3 as architect of record, interiors and interior architecture are by Meyer Davis, and the project is developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) with Ennismore and Accor on the project team. The tower holds 421 fully finished residences above a full Delano hotel, positioned along the Biscayne Boulevard corridor at NE 4th Street against the backdrop of Biscayne Bay.
Residences are offered in two collections. The D Collection occupies levels 20 through 47 and is delivered as furnished residences with flexible rental participation, while the D Residences occupy levels 49 through 75 under a six-month minimum lease. Layouts run from suites and suite-plus-den plans through one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, several with dens, and select residences are paired with a deeded private office suite.
